A Toronto-based aviation business that has been operating for more than a year from a temporary facility at Napa County Airport has broken ground on its permanent terminal. Scheduled for completion late next year, Skyservice’s 15-acre land parcel at the Napa airport will include a luxury FBO facility; rooftop restaurant available for casual dining, events and parties; office space; a 40,000-square-foot hangar and nine-acre ramp, Skyservice announced Oct. 15. “The fixed-based operator is critical to the redevelopment of the Napa County Airport, as their investment in the airport will enhance the county’s ability to provide a modern, elevated experience for flyers and travelers to the Napa Valley and regional destinations nearby.”
