Bottom line: Studies with over 1.5 million Covid-vaccinated pregnant participants show vaccines are effective in pregnancy, and reduce some poor pregnancy outcomes. Authorities also conduct additional studies to monitor safety and effectiveness of the vaccines, including their use in pregnancy.
