The Article doesn't make sense "2.2 km people mover for £250m"? It feels like it would be cheaper to arrange for a bulk Uber account and a queue of taxis to take people from station to station! What alternatives have been examined? Surely an extension to the W Midland Light Rail would make more sense for example?
