Shortages of skilled health workers, fragmented data systems, and deep urban–rural divides continue to hold the system back. Ghana lacks a unified framework for digital health governance. With foresight and investment, Ghana can build a system that empowers health workers, improves access, and strengthens trust between patients and providers.
