She spent her early years in Lexington before the family moved to Midwest City, where she met a young man named Bill Hall. The two fell in love and were married in 1957. Together, they made their home in the Oklahoma City area, before moving to Slaughterville and eventually settling back in Lexington. Later in life, she and her husband created Carousel Realty and Homes by Hall, where her keen eye for interior design and home décor shone brightly. She had a gift for making houses feel like home, skillfully staging open houses for potential buyers. After her time in real estate, Gerry joined the financial aid office at the University of Oklahoma, where she worked with dedication for over a decade before retiring. In her free time, Gerry loved reading, shopping and music. Though she often said she didn't have the greenest thumb, she enjoyed gardeningespecially tending to her roses. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Gerry was preceded in death by her parents, Hermon and Ima Boatright; her husband, Bill Hall Sr.; her sisters, Imogene Whitaker and Linda Pomeroy; her daughter-in-law, Vicki Hall; and her grandson, Jared Keith Clark.
