Different situation.
This isn't about the safety or health of the person getting the shot, it's about a moral principle regarding others.
Nuremberg taught us that blind following of orders is not what American military should be about.
You have to have a serious moral objection in order to refuse an order, of course, but there are 9000 American airmen who are saying they cannot put themselves in the way of danger for a country that makes them use a vaccine manufactured from a cell line grown from cells of a healthy aborted fetus that was probably over 2 months into development when it was electively aborted.
This is not the same as refusing to take an anthrax vaccine or walk through an area recently sprayed with Agent Orange or fight in an area with heavy toxic smoke from Kuwaiti oil fields retreating Iraqis set on fire.
It's more like refusing to bomb an aspirin factory to distract the public from a presidential scandal.
