It was dragon man. The real question is: Would he of had enough signatures if that event had not taken place or how many people do you think just signed to get a discount? I think he would of had enough signature regardless. So it is not an exciting topic, it was a dumb mistake by bat shi crazy Mel aka "Dragon man".
