When seconds count district security and the police are only minutes away. This is lip service. Who are they going to call on that radio? Ghostbusters? That way the person with the radio can key it so the cops can hear the killing inside without a time delay. Put properly trained security officers and security measures in place before the shooting starts. Prevention saves lives not reaction
