Or stop giving out building permits to wealthy progressives moving here and destroying the livability for locals. Of course that will never happen though. The city of Bend doesn't care about affordable housing. Not when they're charging 50 grand just for a "permit" to build a home on the westside. They want revenue. To fund their useless government jobs.
