Cardinals starting pitcher Sonny Gray has been solid since leaving the TwinsGray hasn't been able to recreate his 2023 success since joining the Cardinals, but has nevertheless been a solid pitcher. In 2024, Gray posted 3.8 fWAR and a 3.84 ERA (3.12 FIP) with a 30.3% strikeout rate and 5.8% walk rate in 166 1/3 innings. Gray has struggled a bit in 2025, posting a 4.45 ERA, but has still managed a solid 3.48 FIP, 26.4% strikeout rate and 5.2% walk rate in 163 2/3 innings.
