Our research shows that blue collar jobs, especially in manufacturing, are now digital New Collar Jobs like 3D Printer operator, CAD designer and Co-bot service tech. Employers may not require college degrees in an age of digital natives, but rather skill-specific certifications like Digital Badges opening doors for a new generation of workers.
