Love to see innovation in Canada and I wish him all the best with his app. However, this has been done many times over, both with multi-platform apps and Shopify apps. Any Canadian can sign up for one of dozens of services that allow them to populate their store with products from suppliers around the world, which are then drop shipped to wherever they choose to ship. What Canadian merchants need is for one of these apps to focus on educating, recruiting and utilizing CANADIAN suppliers. The drop shipping concept hasn't caught on with suppliers in Canada but the demand is definitely there. It's one of the most common questions I'm asked on a regular basis. Canadians want to sell your products, Canadians want to buy your products. However, the drop shipping options just aren't here. I hope that changes soon, along with eCommerce adoption in general. Canada has so much to offer!
