LORAIN — Charles “Chuck” F. Wagner, 80 years of age, and a resident of Lorain, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 2, 2010 at Oak Hills Nursing Home in Lorain, Ohio following a brief illness. He was a former member of Fellowship Baptist Church (the former Penfield Junction Baptist) in Lorain where he was a founding member and former deacon. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Marilyn May Wagner (nee: Alger); his daughters and their husbands Susan M. and Gene Balicki of Hartsel, Colorado; Barbara J.
