Have to wonder why new lifts weren't provided as part of the upgrade? The existing lifts are small and unreliable. This was done for the platforms, why not for external access? And why is it taking 2 and a half months just to refit the internals of one? Guess that the southern side will be done later? On TfNSW's web site they are claiming there is a shuttle bus available to take passengers to/from the north entrance. All that space on the concourse and no shops? And just ONE toilet? A nice new bus interchange, but no information about local bus services, or even which stand to find particular routes (other than walking along and checking each stop individually). It is funny that Sydney Trains have been boasting about "their" new station, but if you make enquiries about problems there, it is not their responsibility - TfNSW did all the work.
