Back in November 2024, Amanza Smith was the one who first broke the news that the series would return for a ninth season, posting a TikTok captioned, “And we’re back,” along with the hashtag #SellingSunsetSeason9. In addition to returning cast members Chrishell Stause, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, Nicole Young, Alanna Gold, Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, and Jason and Brett Oppenheim, you can expect to see Sandra Vergara, aka Sofía Vergaga's sister.
