In the center of the southwest Chicago suburbs, developer Arthur Rubloff unveiled the Evergreen Plaza in 1952. The Evergreen Park Plaza has undergone significant internal and external upgrades totaling more than $8 million since the 1950s. The name Evergreen Plaza was abbreviated to “The Plaza”.
