Unfortunately, no data was provided by Alliance Swisspass on this. For those who are unfamiliar with Swiss train tickets, the Half-Fare Plus travelcard gives 2,000 francs of credit at a cost of 1,500 francs. The credit is stored on the CFF/SBB app and consumed by ticket purchases.
