Former Port Huron Jeweler Rick Currie has been found near Jasper, Florida. Currie is being held in the Hamilton County Jail in Florida awaiting extradition to Michigan. The suspected stolen jewelry will be turned over to the Port Huron Police Department and returned to victims who filed complaints. The extradition process could take up to 2 weeks, according to a press release from the Port Huron Police. Currie and the jewelry came up missing in early January after he was evicted from his Downtown Port Huron store.
