Because some people on government assistance do really need it and only do it for a short time. Duh. It also said 25% are on disability. I’m on disability and fully support Republicans. Under Trump I saw more money and having to spend less on insurance every month. Under OBama I got the 4% cost of living, but then they raised my insurance costs, so I made an extra $10 or so
