This past September, the TALES Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund successfully concluded its highly anticipated “SHOW HANDS · A Taste of Phuket in Shanghai” event. The limited-time culinary series, held from September 12 to 21, offered guests an unforgettable journey through a creative dialogue between Thai and Shanghai flavors, masterminded by five exceptional talents. The event was headlined by acclaimed guest chef Tipa of Saffron restaurant, part of the Banyan Tree group.
