Goa Housing Board (GHB) is an autonomous organization established under the Goa, Daman & Diu Housing Board Act, 1968, and has been in operation since 1969. Ownership Restrictions: The applicant or their family must not own any plot, flat, shop or office allotted by the Goa Housing Board anywhere in Goa. Constructed 1,648 EWS houses, 2,097 LIG houses, 1,195 Middle Income Group (MIG) houses, and 459 High Income Group (HIG) houses.
