THUNDER BAY – Crime Report – A Thunder Bay man with a prior impaired driving charge was arrested again this week after police discovered he was operating a dangerously modified vehicle while impaired. On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 22, a Thunder Bay Police Service Traffic Unit officer was patrolling Balmoral Street when a vehicle caught their attention. The Driver has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Vehicle under the Criminal Code.
