Kenton City Council conducted its 18th regular session of the year Monday evening. Also at the meeting, Kenton Police Chief Dennis Musser informed council that his department has added a new officer, “ He is on his first month of FTO (Field Training Officer), so he is on day shift at the moment. He’s not a Hardin County boy but, he’s only about 15 minutes away so pretty close. Hopefully we stay that way.”Kenton Mayor Lynn Webb also introduced new City Auditor Brad Lauter, who then addressed members, “Thank you very much. The next regular session for Kenton City Council will be October 13.
