A man has been left fighting for life after a shocking alleged road rage assault in Melbourne’s east. The incident began when two cars, both driven by men, they both stopped at an intersection at Bayswater Rd and Canterbury Rd in Bayswater North about 8pm on Saturday. Police allege that one of the men got out of his car and dragged the other man out of his car before seriously assaulting him. The alleged incident occurred on the intersection of Bayswater Rd and Canterbury Rd. The Croydon man has been charged with intentionally causing serious injury, as well as other assault-related charges.
