Two teenagers have been charged after a police pursuit which started in Sydney’s west on Saturday. The incident began when police attempted to pull over an allegedly stolen Citroen at Blacktown about 9pm on Saturday night. As police attempted to remove the driver, an officer discharged their firearm at the car while another used a Taser. A 27-year-old officer suffered a minor head injury when he was allegedly struck by the vehicle’s door. “It’s amazing that the car they were pursuing got away, given it is a dead-end street,” one told 7NEWS.
