Tokyo Pie will blend the neon-illuminated nightlife of Tokyo with a menu of Japanese-inspired pizzas and craft cocktails. The pizza and cocktail bar will open at 633 Madison Ave., next door to the Covington Agave & Rye location on Wednesday, Oct. 8. “Tokyo Pie is about breaking the rules of flavor and experience,” Yavonne Sarber, CEO and founder of Epic Brands, said in a press release. Every Thursday through Saturday after 10 p.m., Tokyo Pie’s giant LED walls will stream live DJ sets from places like Tokyo, Berlin, Ibiza and more. Tokyo Pie will open early every Saturday and Sunday for the games.
