Ng Yi-Sheng is a writer and activist from Singapore.
He’s the author of the SFF short fiction collection Lion City, named by The Endless Bookshelf as the Best Book of 2018, as well as the upcoming historical fantasy novel Utama.
His stories have been published in The Sunday Morning Transport, The Sengkang Sci-Fi Quarterly, I Want That Twink OBLITERATED!, and The Best of World SF: Volume 1.
His essays, including the Pushcart-nominated “A Spicepunk Manifesto” and the BSFA-longlisted “A Not-So-Swiftly Tilting Planet,” have been published in Strange Horizons and Speculative Insight.
