University City will soon get a new ice cream parlor. Company owner Nicole Dean said the University City location could open as early as August. Classy Scoops is known for its “rolled ice cream,” a frozen treat with a denser texture and different appearance than scooped ice cream. Dean said she wants to give customers “the excitement to see us actually rolling and making ice cream right in front of you.”Her menu also includes scooped ice cream, boba tea and fruit tea.
