Neuma was tenacious and professional, yet kind-hearted and genuinely invested in the well-being of her colleagues. She radiated optimism and was always supportive, offering her presence and encouragement whenever any member of the team faced challenges in their personal lives. It was both a privilege and an honour to have crossed paths with her, and her example remains a lasting inspiration to the kind of person I strive to be.
