JULY 23--A married Connecticut couple is facing felony charges after joining the Mile High Club on a JetBlue flight Saturday morning, police charge. The duo, who live in Danbury, Connecticut, were booked into the county jail, from which they were freed Monday. Prosecutors agreed to the couple’s release on their own recognizance “while they investigate jurisdiction,” a court order states. Seen above, the couple is scheduled to be arraigned on August 15. Arnold, who was convicted of pot possession in 2004, was arrested earlier this year in Connecticut for “assault/disorderly conduct.” (2 pages)
