AUGUST 25--A Florida Man is behind bars for allegedly headbutting his girlfriend after she became upset when he began watching a pornographic video while they were having sex, police charge. According to court records, Donald Naples, 44, and the victim were recently “engaged in consensual sexual intercourse” when Naples simultaneously began engaging with some adult entertainment. The woman “became upset by the defendant’s actions and told him to stop,” cops say. Since he has a previous battery conviction on his record, the charge against Naples was enhanced to a felony count. He also has convictions for robbery, marijuana possession, resisting, and violating probation on his rap sheet.
