SEPTEMBER 12--A cameraman touring with Benson Boone was arrested yesterday for relieving himself on about $700 worth of clothing at a beachside shop in Florida, according to police. Investigators say Tyler Capehart, 39, entered the Surf Style shop in Clearwater Thursday afternoon and walked up to the retailer’s second floor. Workers then observed Capehart “via CCTV standing between racks of clothing for an extended period of time.”After Capehart walked away from the merchandise, a manager “observed the clothing and floor” to be covered in urine. After posting $650 bond, the Georgia resident was released from custody this morning, a day before Boone’s “American Heart World Tour” stops at Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena. Capehart’s name appears in the credits that roll at the conclusion of a Boone performance.
