The Kennett Junior American Legion baseball team has qualified for the PA State tournament after 2 plus weeks of playoff baseball. It’s the first trip to the state tournament ever for the Junior Legion team comprised of 14-17 aged Kennett & Unionville high school baseball players. The American Legion team represents Post 491 located on East State Street in Kennett Square. American Legion Baseball is celebrating it’s Centennial season in 2025.
