Hill, 61, Springfield, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance on Wednesday, Sept. 3 in Fayette County. -John D. Shelton, 43, Vandalia, was charged with one count of aggravated discharge of firearm/occupied vehicle and one count of felony possession of a weapon on Thursday, Aug. 28 in Fayette County. -Robert D. Hardy, 50, Vandalia, was charged on Friday, Sep.5 in Fayette County with one count of sexual relations within families. Preliminary hearing and first appearance with counsel is scheduled for Tuesday, Sep. 30 at 10 a.m.
