McBain ups the sentence to 45 days to county jail, in which Larson appears to mutter “holy sh*t.” McBain changes the sentence, once again, to 365 days while exiting the bench and approaching Larson. The court officer then demands that Larson put his hands behind his back, but Larson starts to struggle and refuse arrest.
