SYDNEY – An international student who had only just arrived in Australia has been killed in a high-speed crash in Sydney’s west. Malkeet was in the car with two other friends when the accident occurred on Carrington Road at 8.50pm. Police said speed was believed to be a factor in the crash, and it’s highly like the driver will be charged. “If you’re going to drive a car at excessive speed and you end up hitting a traffic pole you’re not going to win,” Acting Superintendent Robert Toynton said.
