AMRITSAR – With an aim to faciliate Sangat visiting Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) and the other Gurdwaras, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee (SGPC) has started online booking of rooms in its serai. SGPC president Kirpal Singh Badungar, inaugurated the online service for Mata Ganga Ji Niwas today. The booking for other inns, mostly located inside the shrine complex, will soon be brought online. The booking office for all inns is in Sri Guru Arjan Dev Niwas. The SGPC has nine “serais” (inns) in the Amritsar city comprising nearly 800 rooms.
