Greater Noida Master Plan 2031 intends to build Greater Noida into a lively, inclusive, and contemporary metropolis by committing to sustainable growth and innovative architecture. Under Greater Noida Master Plan 2041 the purchase of another 40,000 hectares of land from farmers is envisaged, and the plan looks at the city’s growth over 18 years. According to authorities, if Master Plan 2041 is implemented successfully, Greater Noida would grow into a huge city encompassing 71,733 hectares, four times the size of Noida.
