Hugh Gary Beebower, 83, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on August 16, 2025. Born on February 25, 1942, Hugh was known for his introverted yet creative and artistic nature, paired with a no-nonsense attitude and a good sense of humor. Hugh graduated from Townville High School and furthered his education at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. His professional life was marked by a successful career as a commercial advertising photographer and as co-owner of Beebower Productions, Inc. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969 during the Vietnam War. Hugh is survived by his wife, Irene Dine Beebower; daughter, Denise Sloan and son-in-law, Jonathan Sloan; brother, Gordon Beebower; niece, Michelle Beebower; nephew, Michael Beebower; brother-in-law, Darryl Mall; nephew, Bryan Mall (Susan); brother-in-law, William Evans; and several other nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Dorothy Beebower, and his sisters, Doris Evans and Darlene Mall. Hugh will be remembered for his love for his family and his unique ability to capture the beauty of the world through his lens. A funeral service will be held from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on September 19, 2025, at Jervis Cemetery, Route 408.
