This year has already seen some big changes in the firearm industry. Early this year, Olin, parent company of Winchester Ammunition, purchased all small-caliber ammunition manufacturing assets from Ammo Inc.—parent firm of GunBroker.com. The news follows confirmation that Czechoslovak Group (CSG) had secured 100 percent ownership of the Fiocchi Group in April 2025. CSG is the owner of The Kinetic Group family of companies. The pair worked closely together in the past and Green Mountain is a steady OEM provider to several major firearm manufacturers.
