Interesting - I was introducing solicitors via a panel with LMS. Due to the behaviour of one of their pamel solicitor firms, and LMS's subsequent inability/unwillingness to hold them to account, I no longer recommend solicitors. For remortgages I choose lenders with cashback, and advise clients to source their own solicitors. I have shut down a source of income by doing this, but at the same time the income wasn't worth the complaint I received for recommending these incompetents masquerading as lawyers. Suffice to say, I no longer trust or deal directly with solicitors of any kind. #parasites
