Clifford Don Ludwig Sr., 91 of Webster City, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Southfield Wellness Community in Webster City. Cliff was born January 27, 1934, in Harper, Iowa, the son of Joseph Clifford and Ella M. (Pipes)Ludwig. On November 11, 1954, he was united in marriage to Patricia Garrett in Fairfield, Iowa. They were campground host at the Ottumwa Campground for 2 seasons. He especially loved to spend time with his grandkids and great grandkids. Cliff is survived by his wife of 70 years, Pat; his son, Clifford Jr. (Julie) Larimor ND; his daughters, Lorna (Brad) Fjelland Radicliffe IA, Peggy (Craig) Heemsbergen Agency IA, Barbara (Dana) Linn Webster City IA and Karolee McBride Bowling Green KY; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; 3 nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Heather Heemsbergen; 2 great-granddaughters, Madison Toftee and Paityn Duvall and a brother, Richard Ludwig and sister-in-law, Nancy Ludwig. A celebration of Cliff's life will be held in the fall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Cemetery in Floris, Iowa where Cliff will be laid to rest.
