He received his bachelor’s degree in neurophysiology and biology from the University of Maryland, College Park and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dentistry. Dr. Charlie cofounded D4C Dental Brands; the largest Pediatric Dental Support Organization in the Country and served as Chief Dental Officer from 2009–2019.
