Nestlé Professional has launched a free recipe book for aged care homes with more than 50 recipes that aims to help improve aged care residents’ nutrition. Nestlé Professional has released an online recipe book to help aged care services improve the nutritional value of residents’ meals. Gregg Burdon, an aged care catering consultant and former executive chef at Aegis Aged Care Group, is among those who collaborated on the recipe book.
