Where are all of these so called "litter police" and their tickets? They should be at all of the sites. Why should these litter police get paid along with having to pay other to clean up these sites and roads? If anyone stands on a corner or the roadside they will see many cars throwing trash out the windows. If anyone go walking on the beach they will see many littering so why can't those that are supposed to issue ticket not doing their jobs?
