This article (https://fishingworld.com.au/how-to/south-coast-fishing-seasons/) has a minor fallacy that disturbs my scientific mind. "This is simply because the southern hemisphere is closer to the sun in its orbit from December to February." The distance closer is negligible and makes no impact at all on our weather. However, Earth's tilt makes the solar radiation strike the surface at a larger angle, this is what causes a greater amount of energy to strike the surface and give us summer.
