It was when these countries really felt that they were finally coming into their own. And so, you know, things change, and things can change if there's leadership in the right direction as well. If we have the right person, I still believe in individual people with the right leadership, I think things might be possible. It's incredibly top heavy with so many people at the Under Secretary General, Assistant Secretary General level as well. I mean, in other words, what would U Thant have done had he been the Secretary General of the UN today?
