Renowned immunologist Dan R. Littman, MD, PhD, will receive the inaugural Ross Prize in Molecular Medicine for his early discoveries and ongoing research to better understand viral, immune, and inflammatory diseases. The Ross Prize was established by the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research and Molecular Medicine. “The Ross Prize in Molecular Medicine was conceived to recognize scientific advances and to honor people whose discoveries change the way medicine is practiced,” says Kevin J. Tracey, MD, president of the Feinstein Institute.
