Salim Umeth was abducted on 23 December, 2014 from Chitkaan area of Panjgur whereas Saddam and Nadil were abducted end of May, 2015 from Parome area of Panjgur. Pakistani security forces claimed to have killed them in an encounter but relative and Baloch media sources confirmed that they were already in the custody of Pakistani forces hence they were killed in custody. A spokesperson of FC told Pakistani media that at least 13 suspected militants were killed and four people, including two security personnel, injured in ‘gun battles’ during search operations launched by security forces in Kalat and Panjgur districts on Monday.
