CenterPoint Properties has acquired another distribution facility in the Atlanta market, purchasing the 395,750-square-foot facility at 2124 Skyview Dr. in Lithia Springs, GA. CenterPoint expanded into the Atlanta market in May, acquiring a 347,013-square-foot Class A rear-load industrial facility in Powder Springs, GA.
